Why linen?

We just love linen! Linen is a beautiful natural fibre with a unique texture. It is always stylish and naturally strong. We source our linen from Merchant and Mills in the UK. This linen is grown and milled in Lithuania, so you can be sure that it is pure European linen without any nasty chemicals added. The production of linen uses far less water than cotton and it is biodegradable and recyclable. We think these colours are gorgeous!

 

Do you have any other products?

We have designed a lovely apron using the same beautiful linen and have added our own gorgeous pure European linen quilted baby blankets, which would make lovely gifts.

 

Where do you source your leather?

We use only vegetable tanned leather which comes from a local supplier. We finish our handles with natural beeswax. We use Chicago screws to attach the leather handles so that they can be easily removed should the bag need laundering.

 

Can I wash my tote bag?

Yes, the bags are fully washable. For the leather handled bags just unscrew the chicago screws to remove the handles first and simply screw back on after washing. Use a gentle machine wash at 30 or 40 degrees. We don't recommend tumble drying. Just hang it up to dry and iron if you wish.

Do you support other charities?

Isaiah tells us that to look after the hungry, poor and oppressed is to be like a well-watered garden…

10% of every sale goes to Charity. Currently we support Abolishion, a Bulgarian Charity working to abolish sexual slavery and to support women and girls who have been rescued. We are hoping to support other charities over time and will let you know when we do.
